Thomine Wilson Thomine Wilson (pronounced Tom in e) was born and raised in rural Iowa. She is a fan of the well worn, antique, and discarded, but also relishes the contemporary. Her collections invite conversation, and incorporate the elements of paradox and surprise. Each piece extends the boundaries of old and new to transcend the intended and communicate the unintended. Thomine has recently established Art West Agency to provide emerging and established artists with a range of services carefully focused on promotion and sale of their art. Art West Agency also provides an affordable program of art consultation to individuals, large and small businesses, and government. Thomine holds a masters degree from the University of Northern Iowa and has collected additional wisdom and foolishness along the way. She likes to color outside the lines and her art has been displayed in various venues in Iowa and California.
